How to purchase a guitar

If you would like to see our guitars, we can be contacted thru the webpage email provider to express an interest or set up a visit.  We are located near Sevenoaks, Kent and will gladly pick you up at the rail station there if need be.

We do request a landline phone number before setting all appointments.

If you are interested in buying one of our guitars, it can be done in a couple of ways.

We accept PayPal and but prefer a direct wire transfer as a method of payment. All transfer fees must be covered by the buyer.  We also accept cheques drawn on the buyers account. In all instances, payment must clear before shipping will take place. The cost of shipping and insurance is incurred by the buyer if not in the U.K.. We do not add on a service charge to the shipping.

As a payment plan, we will accept a non-refundable down payment of 20% with a payout schedule of up to 60 days, at our discretion depending on the value of the purchase. The guitar will remain in our possession and will remain our property until it is paid in full in all instances.

If you cancel your payment plan purchase within the period of the payment time agreed upon, we will refund your payments less the 20% down payment.

If you fail to complete the payment schedule within the agreed upon payment time, we will re-stock the guitar and when it sells, we will refund all payments made by you less the non-refundable 20% downpayment. If as time goes by and the guitar hasn't sold and you are able to make the overdue payments in one full and final payment, you may still purchase the guitar.

Parcel Force is our shipper and you will be given a choice of services along with a tracking number once the paperwork has been completed. You may also arrange pick-up thru your own shipper at your own risk, cost and convenience.

Foreign purchases:  we will not export guitars without a CITIES certificate.....inquire about details of our policy.

At the end of the day, we will do all we can do so that you can acquire the guitar you want................that's why we are here!
