1948 C.F. Martin 00-18
A true players grade '48 long taper braced 00-18 with a tremendous voice....this old gal has been thru several mills and more but has a great playing attitude and a wonderful, gritty voice that attests to its age and continuall usage. As best we can tell, it was refinished back in the 60's for reasons unknown but the bones of this baby are clean as a pin. Inside it looks like it was built yesterday. Completely original including the open back tuners and it plays extremely well, especially if you like a guitar with some character. Mahogany rims and back with the traditional sitka spruce top and rosewood board and bridge.....butter to play. You won't find another 40's 00-18 at this price in this complete condition.........and you won't regret buying it.
