1957 C.F. Martin 00-18
Sweet example of a Martin 00-18. Butterscotch pickguard so very typical of this year in particular. The guitar is in lovely condition with one back crack only. The neck has been set by us and we also replaced a very low bridge to bring the guitar back into spec for the set up. So it plays brilliantly and has a very crisp and loud voice. Really clear and powerful with that woody tone we like from this model. It's been played and shows that but never abused so it's just as we would expect from a 50's Martin. These have all become hard to acquire these past 5 or so years and is ready for the next decade or two..
