1967 C.F. Martin 000-28
A classic example of Martin's 000-28. Nicely figured Brazilian rosewood rims and back with a wide grained Sitka Spruce top and in lovely condition. Replaced tuners, thank goodness as this year would have had heavy Grovers originally installed, which served to overload the headstock end of 000 models. Otherwise, it's all original and has a real corker of a voice. Much more reminiscent of the late 50's examples, this guitar has an immediate response that is crisp and clear with bags of power and lots of color in the harmonics. It's really faultless and very satisfying from a sound and condition perspective. And really hard to source and will always now be.......
