This has always been one of my favourite models from Martin and this example doesn't let you down. Beautiful straight grained solid brazilian rims and back with solid spruce top......fabulous patination to the entire guitar and in great condition other than a pickguard crack, a center seam crack repair and a tight and secure crack to the volute behind the headstock which is of little note The pickguard and tuners are original and the bridge looks ok as well. Most importantly this brazilian beauty has a tremendously crisp voice with an immediate response and is very snappy and powerful. It has really superb sustain and projection and lots of Brazilian essence......really gives off its music willingly and is very immediate and crisp with a very comfortable neck. This model is so great in the hand and a dream to play. Rare things these and at a players price......you won't find another.
