A Scarce 1993 C.F. Martin "1935 Special" D 28
I've never seen this model before but goodness, what a guitar. An exact copy of the 1935 D-28 with a nice meaty neck, Adirondack top with forward shifted scalloped bracing and Herringbone purfling. Most importantly, it has a deep and fat throaty sound with long sustain and an articulation that only comes from a great Martin. It is now a great contemporary Martin................I can't imagine what it will be in 10-20 years.
